How do the memberships work?

If you know how much medication you need, and you know you will be ordering at least once a month, then you qualify for a membership. For example if you need two ounces a month, you qualify for the Green Card. You donate $320 and with that you receive any medication of your choice, plus all of the other benefits, and you can order as many ounces as you need for the $320 price.

How do you get your Medical recommendation?

You can simply call us and we can help you set up an appointment with a doctor near you. 1 (800) 420-4369

How do I get a login name and password?

If you become a member with Medcare, we will provide you with your own login name and password.

How do I become a member?

To become a member with Medcare you can fill out an online application, Stop in the office, or call to get one of our regional account managers to meet with you and sign you up.

What if I don’t have my medical recommendation?

If you don’t have a medical recommendation you can call us and we will set you up with an appointment with our doctor at any time of your convince. If you become a Black, Silver, Gold, or Green card member with Medcare before you get evaluated we can get you an appointment for half the price which is $75.00. If you are a white card member it will be $150.00. If denied a recommendation your money will be refunded.

Do I have to sign up for a membership?

Yes, Medcare can only legally provide medication to its members. We have a Basic membership, which is a white card. White cards pay retail price and delivery convenience charge.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

Here at Medcare we understand that there are circumstances that come up where you can’t pay for your membership any longer, will release members from their membership if you call with a valid reason. 1 (800) 420-4369

Can I switch memberships?

Yes, if you need to upgrade, or downgrade you can do so, so that the pricing and medication amount reaches your needs. Just call us and we will verify your circumstances. 1 (800) 420-4038

What papers do I need to bring when coming in to get signed up?

You must have your valid driver’s license, and valid doctor recommendation.
